I was convicted reading this post: The Danger of Turning a Good Thing Into A Moral Thing. I am pretty passionate about healthy living and needed the reminder that although it is a good thing and certainly gives glory to God when we properly care for our bodies, it is not a requirement for salvation (that's Jesus job).
