Well, I am late again getting this posted. But I did actually meal plan. I just didn't complete the whole month to post. I am really liking the Plan to Eat tool to help me quickly meal plan. If this is a service you've been considering the Black Friday Sale (50% off) starts soon!
Some links from recipes included above:
Homemade Pancake Mix - I sub white whole wheat flour and whole spelt flour and powdered goat's milk in this recipe. My kids love it. We also use no sodium baking powder because of my restrictions.
Ravioli with Mushrooms - my kids don't love this so we add some marinara to their but I love it!
Parmesan eggs - I whisk the eggs to make them more acceptable to my family. We have "breakfast" for dinner at least once per week because it's easy!
Quinoa Black Bean Burgers - so good!
Slow cooker Been Fajitas - so easy and good.
Waffles - love that these are whole grain! The cinnamon adds a nice touch.
Garlic Shrimp Pasta - We eat a lot of pasta also. Easy and tasty!
Salmon Cakes - I try to eat fish (especially salmon and tuna into my people regularly. Omega-3s!!!)
Crustless Chicken Pot Pie - This is a new one. Kids will probably pick the back up. But I gotta keep trying. Sometimes I use canned chicken in recipes like this to save time.
Pizza - we make this one a lot also. It's whole grain and you can add any toppings you want.
Mexican Ranchero Amaranth Stew - this is also new, although it's been on the menu I've never actually made it.
