Meal Plan post day. I've been failing at actually cooking what I've planned. So this month I am going to try and reevaluate weekly based on any calendar changes, remaining grocery budget, fatigue/illness causing me not to want to cook, etc.
I also got a new cookbook! The 100 Days of Real Food Fast and Fabulous cookbook. Several recipes listed below are from here. I can't wait to try some new things and fast is what I prefer in our house well, fast and easy!
Lentil and Bulgur Soup is a favorite of mine. The corn muffins are from 100 Days of Real Food Fast and Fabulous.
Veggie and Bean Burritos and Salmon dip are from 100 Days of Real Food Fast and Fabulous.
Creamy Tuna and Kamut Casserole (I will likely sub another grain premade from my freezer). Cucumber Salad with Vinegar.
Pumpkin Pancake Squares and Cinnamon Grapefruit
Asian Salmon Meatballs and Peanut Noodles (I am planning to use Soba (buckwheat) Noodles)
Taco Pizza using corn tortillas from Trader Joe's in stead of pizza crust
Deviled Eggs. Apple Cheddar Side Salad is from 100 Days of Real Food Fast and Fabulous.
Whole Chicken and Cauliflower-Potato Mash
Raddish Kids Cinnamon Rolls...surely we will actually make this this month.
Fish sticks from 100 Days of Real Food Fast and Fabulous.
What are you planning this month/week? Let me know any favorites below.
Don't forget that health happens at home,
