Well our refrigerator has been on the fritz with parts on back order. This has made meal planning and grocery shopping rather challenging. But it has made it easier to clean out the fridge (it was much overdo).

I am using up some skillet dinner leftovers to make pot pie. I am adapting this recipe.

New muffin mix (trying it with blueberries to mimic this box that my big kids like)

Black bean soup with miso and ginger is new. I love miso and am always looking for new ways to get probiotics in and miso has some!
