Attempting to get my kids to try fruits and veggies in different ways inspired sugared cranberries. I loaded up the freezers with cranberries over the holidays.
We love this pancake mix. I sub powdered goat's milk and use all whole grain flour.
Salmon Cakes are made monthly at our house to help with getting some Omega 3s in.
I am still wanted to try a whole roasted cauliflower. It was on the menu last month but didn't end up happening.
I need to restock the freezer with granola bars so I'll probably serve them for dinner one night to make sure they get made.
Pizza in a monthly item as well because we will actually eat it.
Crepes for dinner!
Whole chicken is amazing and I'll make broth after.
Spinach Lasagna roll ups are good but kids don't love them.
Chicken and Kamut Casserole is new.
