Looking to add some protein to your meals? Have you considered cottage cheese? Most cottage cheese contains about 14 grams of protein per 1/2 cup serving. A cheese grater (affl. link) is a very versatile kitchen tool. Here is a great post of many uses for a grater. I using mine for carrots, butter, and potatoes. I've been putting it in the dishwasher. Oops! Guess I need to to stop. I do recommend a cut resistant glove (affl. link). I have grated my hand a few (yes, a few) times. Ouch!
