August is busy. We don't start school but we have some traveling, and family birthday and anniversay.
I was fighting with computers and printers so it looks a little different this month. Recipe links are below:
Crepes - So glad I stuck out the crepe failure to create this version!
Taco pizza - we may end up with store bought whole wheat pita crusts for this month
Slow cooker chicken curry - ah-mazing!
Baked pasta - inexpensive but the pricier sauce (or homemade) really does make a difference!
Chicken and kamut casserole - I'll sub canned tuna
Oven pancake - this also is very good! We love breakfast for dinner.
Oven baked salmon - trying really hard to get more seafood
Peanut noodles - Will add tofu or seafood to this one
Salmon cakes - another favorite of mine
Raddish kids is a subscription cooking kit for kids. I bought a single box for us to try it out.
What are you planning this month? I like easy, fast, and delicious.
